3D&Thick Heat Transfer Printing

3D effect heat transfer printing, using PET release film as substrate . Can be applied for all types of fabric.

3D effect screen printed heat transfers, the thickness can be 0.4mm. It is with good washing and color fastness. can be washed more than 40 times, 30mins/time.

Heat Transfer Process:

· Use heat press machine.

· Transfer: 150-160℃ on the right side, 5s .

· 150-160℃ on the backing side,15-20s.

· It is better to put the teflon cloth on the fabric when pressing.

Produce Process:

3D effect screen printed transfers, it is produced by screen printing . It is high flex without toxicity. The technology is so easy.
